Before co-founding Talent Litmus, Satpreet worked at Yahoo! and Purple Squirrel Eduventures in engineering and lead product roles. Satpreet holds a computer science degree from IIT-Bombay and an MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad.

Driven by creativity, Kiran’s perseverance and interpersonal skills ensure she achieves her goals. She enjoys delving into the depth of a subject and constantly seeks new challenges. Prof. Sovani heads the department of psychology at SNDT University, Mumbai. A Chancellor’s Gold Medal awardee, Sovani was previously the HOD, Psychology, at Mumbai University. With more than 30 years of experience, Sovani has created behavioural assessments for leadership teams across India.
Anuradha has a reassuring and calming effect on people, but at the same time she can be a hard task master expecting quality from those who work with her. She is willing to guide but expects people to be self-reliant and may grow impatient with dependency. She is able to multitask but may ask for time to complete the task to her standards of satisfaction. She has high ethical expectations and may not be willing to cut corners.
