Satpreet Arora

Before co-founding Talent Litmus, Satpreet worked at Yahoo! and Purple Squirrel Eduventures in engineering and lead product roles. Satpreet holds a computer science degree from IIT-Bombay and an MBA from IIM-Ahmedabad.

Satpreet has the ability to channelize expertise into solving problems and designing solutions across domains. Assertive and strong on task initiation, he may appear impatient but does well if given a free hand to work. Satpreet can be persuasive riding on his ability to reason and strong concept understanding. His single-minded determination and goal-driven focus can sometimes make him come across as mildly intimidating.

Kiran Wadhwa

Kiran has worked across creative fields for the past 12 years. She moved into the digital space at Saatchi & Saatchi and led the online creative content strategy for their biggest brands. Her last role was heading brand & marketing at Purple Squirrel Eduventures.

Kiran is a true people-person and her strength lies in her ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Driven by creativity, Kiran’s perseverance and interpersonal skills ensure she achieves her goals. She enjoys delving into the depth of a subject and constantly seeks new challenges. She can quickly and accurately identify and adapt to changes in the environment, but can lose focus if too many things are vying for her attention.

Anuradha Sovani

Prof. Sovani heads the department of psychology at SNDT University, Mumbai. A Chancellor’s Gold Medal awardee, Sovani was previously the HOD, Psychology, at Mumbai University. With more than 30 years of experience, Sovani has created behavioural assessments for leadership teams across India.

Anuradha has a reassuring and calming effect on people, but at the same time she can be a hard task master expecting quality from those who work with her. She is willing to guide but expects people to be self-reliant and may grow impatient with dependency. She is able to multitask but may ask for time to complete the task to her standards of satisfaction. She has high ethical expectations and may not be willing to cut corners.

Himanshu Rai

Prof. Rai teaches at IIM Lucknow. An alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, Prof. Rai’s core area is Human Resource Management, wherein he focuses on Negotiation, Leadership, Ethics & Strategic HRM. He has trained over 20,000 professionals around the world ranging from Fortune 500 companies to senior bureaucrats of India.

Himanshu is good at resolving conflicts and negotiating, and has high ethical standards for himself and others. He may come across as someone who puts logic over emotions but he is sensitive to the needs of the people around him. He is not comfortable with multitasking and prefers to work on one thing at a time. He has good persuasive skills which he uses to inspire and motivate others around him.
