Data-driven analytics to identify human potential
The 21st century workplace is a dynamic and interactive environment that demands diverse skill sets for different roles. Today’s workplace looks for people that demonstrate on-the- spot problem solving skills, without being able to resort to established and well-defined organizational practices and routines. Time and resources are often short, and our tool ensures that abilities needed in situations such as these are put to test. Grounded by a holistic approach, our tool uniquely combines three large domains of psychological functioning
Our research methodology included both quantitative and qualitative analysis. Our team of behavioural scientists started by understanding high-performance organisations and their workforce. Focus group discussions with professionals across sectors - small & medium enterprises, corporates, government organisations – were held. Published literature on competencies needed for the modern workplace were extensively reviewed and contextualised.
Studies across demographics and age groups has shown a strong positive correlation of neurocognitive functions and behavioural traits with gameplay.
Research has demonstrated that behaviour is not just a function of personality, but a function of both - personality of the individual, and characteristics of the situations in which an individual is placed. Our immersive game places a player in situations and analyses his reactions and choices, both in crisis and temptation as well as analyses his cognitive functioning and higher order thinking abilities.
Our assessment meets all requirements of reliability and validity. We have created scoring benchmarks after statistically analysing data of more than 15,000 players across age groups of 21 to 40 across Tier 1, Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities. Players include graduate and postgraduate students and professionals from large MNCs, SMEs and startups across roles and domains with work experience ranging from 0 to 15 years.
